William Hubble Et Al

Petition for sale of land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Daniel Small, one of the 
defendants, resides beyond the limits of this State; it is therefore ordered 
by the Court that publication be made for three months in the Edenton Gazette 
notifying the said defendant to appear at our next Superior Court of Law & 
Equity to be held for the sd. County at the Court House at Edenton on the 2nd 
Monday after the 4th Monday in Sept. next, then and there to file his answer 
to said petition or will be taken pro confesso as to him.
