afsd. beginning on Milses Swamp on the line on Jno. Pipkins Jr. at a water oak 
running up the old line to Elex Path to a pine thence running along a cou_ by a 
line of markd trees to a small branch to a pine running down sd branch to an old 
clearg. to a pine down sd bracnh to Broad Branch to a white oak so down sd 
branch to Milses Swamp to a white oak so down sd swamp to the first station.
