Chowan County, NC - Deed from Isaac Williams to Steward Pipkin, 1755

Steward Pipkin married Kisiah Williams, the daughter of Isaac sometime 
prior to December 1755. A deed from Isaac Williams to Steward Pipkin is 
found in Chowan County Deed Bk H-1, pg 46-48. This tends to indicate that 
they had children. It reads: "This indenture made this 6th day of Dec 
1755, between Isaac Williams and Steward Pipkin, both of Chowan County: 
Witnesseth that the said Isaac Williams do give unto my daughter Kisiah 
Pipkin to her and her heirs lawfully begotten of her own body one certain 
tract or parcel of land...in Chowan County on the east side of Mills Swamp
signed in presence of: 
John Lewis                       Isaac (his x mark) Williams
Sarah Lewis
Jos (x) Speight"
