Indenture made April 21, 1714 between George Smith and wife Sarah of Chowan 
of the one part and Jacob Lewis and Isa'c Lewis of the other part, for 16 
pounds land in Chowan on the west side of Wicacon Creek adjacent to Brooks 
Creek, Wm Blenches and Wasers line, Rasberrys line, Little Town, James 
Corlee containing 250 acres.
Witnesses: Jno Smith and Wm Browne
