To have & to hold the said Granted 7 bargained premises with all the appurtenances Priviledges comoditys to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the said JAMES RUTTLAND his Heirs and Assignes for ever to his & their only proper use benefitt & behoff for ever And I the said MARY WILLIAMS for me my Heirs, Ex.s Adm.s Do Covenant promise & grant to & with the said JAMES RUTTLAND Heirs & Assignes that before the Ensealing hereof I am the true Sole & Lawful Of the above bargained premises And am Lawfull sigıd & [possesor?] olandin mine owne proper right as a good perfect & absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple. And have in my Self and Right full power & Lawfull Right to grant bargain sell Convey & Confirm the said bargained premises in the above said.
