The last will and testament of Tim McCarty, is proved by oath of
Arthur Dugall;

Hathaway, James Robert Bent, 1831-1904, [from old catalog] ed; Ray, Worth 
Stickley, 1877- [from old catalog] ed. The North Carolina historical and 
genealogical register (Kindle Location 4551). Edenton. 


Additional Comments:
After the Court, held for Chowan Precinct, 15 April, 1718.

Before a Court, held for Chowan Precinct,2l8t 8ber, 1718, at the house of Wm. 
Branch.

Using these dates, which were extracted from The North Carolina Historical and 
Genealogical Register, it is believed that the "year of record' would be 1718.
