Agreeable to an Act of Assembly of 1784 for the relief of the orphans and widows of
persons who have died in the service of this state we having been applied to by 
Eleanor Trulove and her daughter Elizabeth which said Eleanor is the widow of John 
Trulove who died in the militia of this state do certify that the said Eleanor the 
widow of said John and Elizabeth his daughter are objects worthy the attention of 
the General Assembly they being as appears to us in a desparate situation. (no 
date)
