	Agreeable to an Act of General Assembly Begun and held at Smithfield 
on the third Day of May, in the year of our Lord 1779, & in the third year 
of \our\ [crossed out] the Independence of the said State, being the first 
Session of Assembly, The Following Men were Inlisted---
