Edenton Gazette   Friday, Aug. 18, 1809 August 18, 1809
 -- On the second Saturday and Sunday in September, the REV. ISAAC HUNTER of 
Gates County, the REV. THOMAS SHANDS and WM. P. HARTY of Bertie Circuit, in 
company with others, are expected to hold a two-days meeting in the Town of 
Edenton.
    On Saturday, preaching will begin at 11 o'clock. On the Sabbath about 9 
o'clock. We expect to have a love feast. We are authorized to say, that 
without some accident, we may at that time occupy our Chapel.
