June  30, 1808   Edenton Gazette June 30, 1808
   -- Soon after our last week's paper was work off, RICHARD CANNON, alias 
RICHARD KENON, who was advertised as having broke gaol, was brought back to 
this place, and put in close confinement. On Friday, the Sheriff proceeded 
with him to Raleigh.
