            FOR SALE BY OWNERS
   One Fourth part of the land, Juniper Swamp, Canals, Mills, etc. known by 
the name of the New-Lebanon estate, on the Great Canal, leading to Norfolk. 
This is one of the most benficial Shingle Swamps known in this part of the 
Country. For the convenience of purchasers, this quarter part will be divided 
into small shares, and sold on low terms, and on easy payments. The title is 
unquestionable, and clear of all encumbrances.
   For terms enquire of:
                     WILLIAM BLAIR, ESQ. at Edenton;
                     WELLS COOPER, ESQ, Gates County, near the Great Swamp,
 on the Suffolk road, who is one of the Proprietors;
                     MR. GEORGE FORBY, at the New Lebanon Mills
   All of whom are empowered to contract for a Sale.
