The Edenton Gazette   July 2, 1821 July 2, 1821
   -- LOST!-- On Tuesday last in Edenton, a Receipt given by HENRY ELLIOTT to 
me for the following notes placed in his hands for collection; which I 
foreward any person from trading for. For the delivery of the Receipt to me, 
my thanks will be respectfully returned, or a small compensation if required. 
   THOMAS SATTERFIELD and CHARLES HAUGHTON'S note and interest - $16.50
   LEMUEL STACY'S note and interest - $13.75
   THOMAS TAYLOR'S and RICHARD WOOD'S note and interest - $24.14.
