I Edward Orindell being sick and weeak of body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory thanks to All mighty God for the same but caulling to mind the uncertanity of this life to make and ______ this my last will and testement in maner and forme following this is first and _______ I comit ____ my sole and spirit to God that giveth me and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the direction of my heirs hereafter named and as _______ such worldly estate as it has pleesed God to bless me with I give and dispose of in manner and forme following that is to say first and _____ all my just debts and funerall charges may be paid. Item I give and bequeath unto my loveing wife Isebel Orindell two fethaer beds and furniture now standing in the inner (?) rume. Item I also give to my aforementioned wife one ______ called (?) ____ ____heffer two stears and one bull _____. Item I also give to my aforementioned wife all my sheepe and beefe and one stone jug two large puter dishes and three puter plates one dozen and a halfe of spoones and one small pine chest and the old horse (or house). Item I give to my son Edward Orindell the plantation where on I now dwell with two hundred and fifty acres of land that is to lay the full bredth of my land and so up to the Great Swamp to him and his heirs for ever. Item I give to my son Thomas Orindell one hundred acres begining on the Great Swamp and forward up to the head line the full bredth land to him and his heirs forever but my wil and desire (?) if he die in his minority or without lawfull heirs that the afore two hundred acres of land for all and ever to his three sisters Elizabeth Mary and Rebeckah Orindell or the survivers of them. Item I also give to my sone Thomas Orindell one young mare and one cow and calfe and one small _____ _____ _____. I give to my son Edward Orindell all the hoges that is known by the ____ of his or called his and the spotted sow and hur ___ ____ containing ___ ____ and one mare and three horses and three heffers and one steer that is none by the name of his ____. I also give to my son Edward Orindell one feather bed and furniture and one chest and two puter dishes one large and one small and one gun the largest of the two and one stone jug and the new iron pott and frying pan and one weeding hoe his choice. I give to my daughter Elizabeth ____one of ___ ___ or ___ ___ ___. I give to my daughter Rachell Orindell two young cows and one cow and steer know by the name of _____.... I give to my daughter Elizabeth Orindell one cow and heffer yearling and two cows (or sows). I give to my daughters Mary and Rebecah Orindell one heffer and ___ between them. It is my will and desire that my Loveing wife have hur thurd in the plantation and land where on I now dwell with out any molestation (?) or hinderance whatever during her natural life. It is also my will and desire that my wife change my broad ax with Thomas Pierce for a new foaling (or felling) ___ or one that he hath now as she will & also give to my wife all the remainder part of my estate as mentioned. Lastly I nominate and appoint my sife Isebell Orindell Exectrix and my son Edward Orindell and my friend Thomas Pierce executors of this my last will and testement revoking all other will here to fore made by me att any time as witnessed my hand and seal the day and year above.
