   The will of William Parker, made 27 Dec. 1750, probated July County
Court 1751, "I leave to my Loving wife Ann Parker the use of my plantation 
whereon I now Live During her Natural Life and after her Decead I Do give
and Bequeath my Said Plantation together with all the Land I No Own to my 
Son James Parker and to his heirs and assigns forever. 
 
Item  I Leave the use of all my other Estate of what Nature or Kindsoever 
to my Said Wife Ann Parker Dureing her widdowhood and at the Change of
her Condition Eigther By Marriage or Death then I give to my Son
Benjamine Parker One Likely Cow and Calf and then I also give to my 
Daughter Judeth Duke the wife of Thomas Duke one Cow and Cal and one 
Shilling Sterling I Give to the heirs of My Daughter Ann French And all 
the Rest and Resedue of my Said Estate at the Decease or Marriage of my 
Said Wife I Do give to be Equally Divided amongst All my children
(towit) James Parker William Parker Thomas Parker Benjamine Parker John
Parker, Mary Fryer and Judeth Duke in Equal Divisions ___ (torn) is 
Shear and Shear aLike to Each of them."
