WILL OF JOSIAH SKINNER, 1831 State of North Carolina Chowan County Know all men by these present that I, Josiah Skinner of the county of Chowan of the State aforesaid have this day empowered my two sons Lemuel and Tredwell Skinner to sell my plantation in Perquimans county and the rest of my property to be equally divided amongst my children except the Boy Isaac which boy I want hired out annually to school my son Josiah Skinner and a girl, Venus, I give to my daughter Sally __? Frances extra.
