In the Name of god amen this 10 Day of march 1795 I Elias STALLINGS, being 
weake in body but of sound and Parfit mind and memory thanks be to god 
Calling to mind the unserterty of Life Do make this my last will and 
Testament in manner and form following that is to Say (unreadable) I give 
and be quathe unto my well beloved wife Rachel STALLING Sall my puter mare 
bridle and sadle, all my house hold furneture During her Natural Life and 
after my Wife Deses to my three Children namely Jemima STALLINGS Elias and 
Pheby STALLING to them ant their heirs for ever. and I also leave the use 
and benefits of all my land and Plantation to my well Beloved wife Rachel 
Stallings and after my wife Deses I give the Said land and plantation to be 
Equally Divided Betwen my two sons Miles STALLINGS and Elias STALLINGS and 
the plantation (unreadable) to be to my son Elias which I give unto him and 
heirs for ever and if he Dies without an heir to be Divided Betwen Jamima 
STALLING and Pheby STALLINGS and also give and be quathe unto my Daughter 
Jamima STALLINGS one Cow and Calf which I give unto her and her heirs for 
ever I also give and Be quathe unto my daughter Pheby STALLINGS one Cow and 
Calf which I give unto her and her heirs for ever____  _______ and all the 
Remainder part of my Stock of Cattle I give unto my Beloved wife Rachel 
STALLINGS hogs and sheep which I give unto her and her heirs for ever_____

I give and Be quathe unto my son Henry STALLINGS twenty Shilling in money 
which I give unto him and heirs for ever. _

I give and Be quathe unto my son Nathan STALLINGS twenty Shillings money 
which unto him and his heirs for ever ____

I allso give and be quathe unto my Daughter Melerson twenty Shillings in
money which I give unto her and her heirs for ever_____    _______ _______

Lastly I Constitute and apoint my well Beloved wife Rachel STALLINGS 
Executor together with fried Isaac BIRUM Executor to This my last will
and testament in witness my hand & Seal this the 10th Day of march 1795
