Hillcrest Assembly of God is located about a half mile west of Hayesville 
on U.S. Hwy 64 just beyond the intersection of old US 64 (Warne Road).  
The church was organized in 1976 by Mrs. Aline Mosteller was pastor. The 
church building was constructed around 1982.

This survey was performed by Mrs. Dorothy Shepherd on August 27, 1989.
