                            The Hardin Cemetery

                                 Ellis Road

                                 Shelby,NC

     To get to the Hardin Cemetery take Highway 18 South out of
     Shelby.After you pass the Highway 150 West intersection,turn left
     at the second road to the left which will be Christopher
     Road.About two miles down Christopher Road Ellis Road will turn
     to the right.About one hundred yards down Ellis Road The cemetery
     will be on the left almost at the barbed wire fence.It is in much
     disarray.I was there on September 30,1997.

Hardin,Lucy B. -----------October 11,1855 w/o D.D. 40 yrs 1 mo.

Hardin,Davy Davis ---------- September 14,1843 s/o D.D.

Hardin,Davis ---------- March 07,1842 24 yrs,4 mo,5 days

Hardin,Abel ---------July 02,1830 51 years

couldn’t read- probably wife

Hardin,Cicero ---------September 20,1875 2 years 9 mo.

Weaver,William M. Oct. 24,1860 Dec 09,1864 s/o S.J. and Margaret
