Rollins-Hawkins Cemetery, Cleveland County, North Carolina ROLLINS-HAWKINS CEMETERY Cleveland County, NC By W. D. Floyd This cemetery is located about a half mile east of Gantt’s Grove Baptist Church on the road by that name. It will be on the west side of the road and is in good shape. I was there October 13, 1997. There were several field stones with lettering on them and I made an attempt at trying to read all that I could. The ones with the initials are the field stones. I am assuming that the ones with the last initial of “H” were probably Hawkins. One might need to read the nice placard that is placed at the cemetery and go check the readings at the library because someone might have been able to do a better job of reading them. Dobbins, Wm.
