James P. DyerFingerville - James P. Dyer of Fingerville, died at 10:30 a.m. at 
Rest Haven in Spartanburg after a long illness.                     
Member of Holly Springs Baptist Church, Forest City.                
Surviving: one step-daughter Mrs. Thelma Kimbrell of Boiling Springs, S.C.; two 
sisters,Mrs. Laura Waldrop of Moore and Miss Lizzie Dyer of Shelby, 
N..C.                                           
Services: 4 p.m. Friday atJohnson  Mortuary, by Rev. Clarence Hall and Rev. 
Horace Scruggs. Burialin Piedmont Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers; George, 
Marvin and Charles Waldrop, Frank O. Kenneth, and Ronald 
Kimbrell.                               
Family at home of Mr. & Mrs. Frank V.Kimbrell, Boiling Springs, S.C. Johnson 
Mortuary.
