Aug 30 1969 - Shelby Star
Mr. Robert Lee "Bobby" Dyer, of 315 Cinnabar St., Shelby died Friday, Feb 2, 
1993 at home.  A Cleveland County native, he was the son of Gertie Warren Eades 
andthe late Daniel Dyer. He was an Army Vetern and served during the 
Koreanconflict. He was retired from Fiber Industries.            Survivors in 
addition to his mother, include his wife Cathy Davis Dyer; two sons Bobby 
Daniel of Kings Mountain and Shawn Dyer of the home; a daughter Mrs.Sharon 
Nicole Reynolds of Gaffney, S.C.; two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Costner and Mrs. 
Betty Lynch, both of Shelby; a stepsister, Mrs. JackieEades Harbuck of 
Virginia; and two grandchildren, Joseph Danies Dyer and Brandon Michael 
Reynonds.              
The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m.Sunday at Christopher Road Baptist Church with 
Rev. Mickey Heyward officiating. Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial 
Park.                            
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9tonight at Clay-Barnette Funeral 
Home.
