Potts Dies After Ten Days' Illness - Funeral Will Be Held at Late Home of Worthington Avenue This Afternoon. Mrs. Minnie Ware Potts, wife of Frank A. Potts, of 309 Worthington avenue, died last night at 10 o'clock at the Presbyterian hospital after an illness of about 10 days. Funeral services will be conducted at the late residence this afternoon at 5 o'clock by Rev. W.B Lindsay, pastor of the First A.R.P. church. Interment will be in the burying ground at Sardis A.R.P. church in this county. The pallbearers will include R.L. Bartley, E.C. Smith, R.H. Ramsey, J.I. Blakeley, and Ira P. Ranson. Mrs. Potts was a native of Kings Mountain but had resided in Charlotte for the past several years. She was a member of the First A.R.P. church and was an active worker in the women's organizations of that church. She was a woman of charitable and genial disposition and commanded the esteem and respect of scores of friends. She leaves besides her husband and two children, Frank A. Potts, Jr., and Dorothy Potts, her father, William Ware of Kings Mountain and the following named brothers and sisters: Mrs. W.T. Parker of Kings Mountain; Mrs. J.F. Hambright of Grover; Luther Ware and Calvin Ware of Kings Mountain; Dr. Major Ware of Chicago, and A.L. Ware of Denver, Col.
