Bladen & Columbus County, NC - Act to Mark Dividing Line

                     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

An Act for extending and marking the dividing line between Bladen and
Columbus counties

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, 
and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That David
Gillespie and Samuel B. Anders, of the county of Bladen, and John H.
White and Jacob Guyton, of the county of Columbus, be, and they are
hereby appointed Commissioners to extend and mark the boundary line
between the counties of Bladen and Columbus, as heretofore directed
by law.

And be it further enacted, That the said Commissioners may, and are
hereby authorised to employ one Surveyor, one Chain bearer, and one
Marker, on behalf of each county, and to allow them a sufficient
compensation for their trouble, which shall be paid equally out of
the funds of the counties aforesaid, when the work is done.
