JAMES B. WHITE

     Vs.

LEWIS SEAN

Original attachment, returned, levied on certain tracts of land

It is ordered and decreed by this Court, that all proceedings in this case 
will be stayed for three months and publication be made for three successive 
weeks in the Raleigh Minerva for the defendant to come forward and replevy the 
property, and plead to issue or finally be entered up against him at next term.
