Whiteville News Reporter
   Rossie Decola Blackburn, 70, Grissettown farmer, died Friday at Dosher 
Memorial Hospital, Southport. Final rites were held Sunday at 2pm from 
Shallotte First Baptist Church by Rev Amos Daniels with burial in Fowler 
Cemetery near Tabor City.
   Survivors includehis wife, Mrs. Fannie Gore Blackburn; two daughters, Mrs. 
WP Rabon, Loris, SC and Mrs. Delbert Hewitt, Little River, SC and six 
grandchildren.
