Whiteville News Reporter May 29, 1950
   Bion FormyDuval, 60, a life-long resident of Columbus County, died early 
Sunday night at the home of his sister, Mrs. Frank Hobson, in Whiteville. He 
had been ill for some time.
   Funeral servicesare to be conducted this (Monday) afternoon at 4 o'clock at 
the graveside in Whiteville Memorial Cemetery by the Rev. Robert C. Foster, 
pastor of First Baptist Church of Whiteville. 
   Surviving are his mother, Marietta FormyDuval; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Moore 
of Fayetteville and Mrs. Hobson of Whiteville; and a brother, Morrison 
Formyduval of Whiteville.
