Bluff in 1903.  He then married on 15 Feb 1905 at the Rountree House on Market 
Street, in Wilmington, NC; Mary Elizabeth (Bessie) Loftin, daughter of Dr. Ila 
Croom Major Loftin and Anne Elizabeth Pearsall.  Mary Elizabeth (Bessie) 
Loftin Johnson died in Duval County, Florida on 12 Mar 1980.
