   MARRIED in the Masonic Hall in Whiteville, N. C., on Thursday, the 18th 
inst., by ALFRED SMITH, ESQ., MR. JAMES REGISTER to MISS CHARITY HILL, all of 
Columbus County, N. C. MR. REGISTER is 60 years old, and his wife is 65 years
