Monroe Edmond 
Exhort to the Court.
The petitioner Monroe Edmond maketh
application to the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Columbus County for letters
of administration on the estate of
J. H. Edmond deceased and showeth by
Affidavit as follows:

I	That J. H. Edmond died intestate in
	said county of Columbus on the
	22nd day of March 1885

II	That this applicant is a proper person
	entitled to letters of administration on
	the estate of the said J. H. Edmond decd.

III	That the said J. H. Edmond decd died
	seized of about two hundred acres
	of land, valued at four hundred dollars
	adjoining the lands of Dempsey Coleman
	and Frank Floyd, in said county of
	Columbus, and about two hundred
	and sixty dollars worth of personal
	property all of which has been allotted
	to the widow of the said J. H. Edmond

        as a years support.

IV	That the said J. H. Edmond died leaving
	surviving him Monroe Edmond,
	Purdee Edmond, Indianna Dew wife
	of Stephen Dew, Adval Edmond,
	Mariah Dew wife of John Dew, Ester May
	Edmond, Vollie Edmond, Harley Edmond,
	Alex Edmond, his only heirs at law and next
	of kin, and all resident of the said
	county of Columbus; and all of the
        said parties over and above the age
        of twenty one years except the said
        Vollie Edmond who is a minor of
        the age of twenty years without
        any guardian.
