To my grandson James Robert McColskey, the same land, after Elizabeth's death. My personal estate to be equally divided between wife Elizabeth and grandson James Robert McColskey. To my son Cornelius McColskey and my [daughter] Rhoda A. P. Inman, all my Reynolds land to be equally divided between them. To my son George McColskey five dollars.
