Newbern, N.C. on the 23rd of April,1833. Mary Selina Hayward, daughter of 
James and Mary Jane Hayward was born in Newbern, N.C. on the 5th of May,1835.
Mary Hayward, daughter of James and Mary Jane Hayward was born in
Newbern, N.C. the 22nd of September,1837.

five days.
John Shaw Hayward, son of James and Mary Jane Hayward died in Newbern,
N.C. on the 21st of July A.D.1842. Aged nine years, two months and
twenty eight days
James Hayward, son of James and Mary Jane Hayward died in Newbern, N.C.
the 24th day of June A.D.1846. Aged one year, three months and
thirteen days.
