Ransom BRIGHT	
4 May 1841		
Inquest held at the home of John FONVILLE on 5 May 1841. 
Verdict that the deceased, while walking along the publick road near Wm. 
HERRIGATES ferry fell in a fit on his face into water about eight inches deep 
and was drowned. 
(Another document says he was found lying dead in the publick road leading to 
Streets's Bridge)
