NOTICE

The subscriber having qualified at the present term of the Court of Pleas & 
Quarter Sessions of Craven County, on the estate of William Bryan, Dec'd, 
request all persons indebted to said estate to make immediate payment, and all 
those having claims to bring them forward agreeable to law otherwise they will 
be barred a recovery.

NOTICE

The sale of the perishable part of the estate of William Bryan Dec'd will 
commence on Swift Creek at his late residence on Wednesday 29th of October 
next and continue from day to day until all is sold at that place, then to 
commence at his plantation on Neuse, and on Monday the third of November, at 
his late dwelling house in Newbern, at which place will also be sold ten 
shares of Bank Stock, six months credit will be given purchasers giving notes 
with two sufficient securities, one of which must be a resident of Craven 
County.

N.B. Also on the days of sale on Swift Creek, will be hired and rented for a 
term of one year the lands and Negroes belonging to John B. Cobb.
