John Cobb, Adm'r Sept. 13, 1817 Carolina Federal Republican 20 Sep 1817 NOTICE The sale of the perishable part of the estate of William Bryan Dec'd will commence on Swift Creek at his late residence on Wednesday 29th of October next and continue from day to day until all is sold at that place, then to commence at his plantation on Neuse, and on Monday the third of November, at his late dwelling house in Newbern, at which place will also be sold ten shares of Bank Stock, six months credit will be given purchasers giving notes with two sufficient securities, one of which must be a resident of Craven County.
