It will be sold on a credit of 6, 12 and 18 months, in equal payments, with interest from the date, to be secured by bond with approved surities. A good title will be made to the purchaser and any person disposed to purchase may obtain any further information he may desire relative to the premises by application to the subscriber W.C. Stanly.
