It appearing to the Court, that George M. Leech, the Defendant, is 
not an inhabitant of this State; it is ordered that publication for 
three weeks be made in the Newbern Herald, that the said George M.
Leech the Defendant appear at the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions
to be holden for the said County of Craven, at the Court-house in
Newbern, on the second Monday of December next, and enter his plea
to the said Suit, or Judgment will be taken according to the Plaintiff's
demand.
