Document appears mis-filed. 
Seems to be in regard to a home invasion by William BANKS of property held by 
Guilford GATLIN. Apparently BANKS and others forcibly ejected GATLIN from the 
property on 19 Dec 1834 and held it until 6 Jan 1835, when the sheriff removed 
them from the property and returned it to GATLIN.
