That he is the proprietor of a tract of land granted on the 23d day of November one thousand seven hundred and twenty three to Simon Keller for one hundred and sixty acres situate on the head of Colemans Creek at that time in Bath County but now in Craven County of which patent though certified to have been recorded is not to be found on the records of the Secretarys office. Your petitioner prays that the Secretary of State be authorized to record the said patent.
