Craven County, NC - Wm. M. Herritage Estate Sale, 1808

Notice - On the 3d day of January next, Will be sold

At the Court House in Newbern, the property belonging to the estate of 
Wm. M. Herritage dec. consisting of three likely Negroes, a quantity
of household and kitchen furniture, with several other articles. Six 
months credit will be given the purchasers giving notes with approved 
indorsers at the Bank of Newbern.

All persons having demands against said estate are hereby requested
to exhibit the same within the time prescribed by law; otherwise they
will be barred of payment; all those who are indebted to said estate
are requested to make immediate payment to Martin Stevenson, Adm'r
