There and therefore to command you to summon Thomas Jocelin, Joseph Williams, Slocomb Ferguson, Philip Neal and John I Nelson, Commipioners, to meet upon the premipes aforesaid and to administer to them the oath required by law and after they have been duly qualified to lay off divide and appropriate the land and premipes aforesaid equable to the last will and testament of John Benners dec’d between the legatees and make sections of their proceedings and the next court to be held for the County of Craven & the Court house in Newbern in the second Monday in June next.
