NOTICE
State of North Carolina} Probate Court
County of Craven        } Newbern July 9, 77

In the matter of the will of } Oder and
 Lucretia Pipkin, dec'd.    } Citation

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Rita Ange, one
of the next of kin of Lucretia Pipkin, dec'd, is a non-resident
of the State of North Carolina, it is therefore ordered that the
following notice be published in the Newbernian, a newspaper
published in the city of Newbern, for six weeks:
Take notice, that the nuncupative will of Lucretia Pipkin,
deceased, has been offered for probate: whereupon you are
hereby notified to appear before the Judge of Probate of
Craven county, at his office in Newbern, on the 27th day
of August, 1877, and contest such will if you think proper.
