Beginning at the head of a little creek and down the creek to a beech at head of a branch, down the branch to the Creek and to the mouth thereof. Land formerly surveyed for Richard Smith deceased and afterwards patented by William Smith his son bearing date the 17th day of April Anno Dom 1724.
