GLASGOW, SECRETARY" MOSES CHANEE 100 acres of land in Craven County on the North side of Neuse River beginning on the East side of Spring Branch, John Doubberly and William Joiner’s corner tree to a small White Oak and runs from thence North Forty poles to a pine on the North side of Spring Branch and by the road side then North Eight degrees West. Sixty poles to a pine then North eighty-eight degrees West fifty-four poles to an oak then South eighty degrees West fifty-two poles to a Red Oak, then North Sixty-Six West, Sixteen poles to a small Red Oak, then South Seventy West, Ninety poles, then South Forty poles then with a straight line to the beginning.
