then to Martin Frank then to Thomas Bulling in l727 then to John Tucker who
died instate then to Hance (?) Tucker his son who also died leaving no
heirs inherited by James Tucker them sold to John Jones

(ee) - island in fork of Neuse - FO by patent John Lovick l7l9 then in l727
to Col William Reed and his son Joseph Reed

4.  p 56 - 4 July l753 - Hardy Bush and Katherine his wife (or) - John
Frank, yeoman  - whereas a patent was granted to Martin Franek father of
John Franek and Katherine Bush  l000 A in l736 - mentions Sivilla Franek,
wife of Martin

5.  p ll2 - ll Oct l7 ? - Walter Rippin (?) and Martha Ann his wife (or) of
Perquimmans County - lot in New Bern - FO Paul Palmer then to his son
Samuel then by inheritance to Samuel's sister Martha Ann now wife of Walter
Rippin
