Indenture made November 17, 1782 between Nathaniel Draper and Joseph Lewis 
both of Craven, for 5 pounds land in Craven on the south side of Bay River 
and west side of Trent Creek being part of the land where Benjamin Rice now 
dwells adjacent to Alligator Gut containing 75 acres.

Witnesses: Jesse Fulsher and John Lewis
Recorded: September (sic) Court 1782
