William Dunn eldest son and heirs at law of Newman Dunn deceased sold to 
Edward Bruce Banks for fifteen pounds proclamation money a certain piece or 
parcel of land on the north side of Neuse River and upper side of North West 
Creek 145 acres being the lower part of a patent granted to said Newman Dunn 
father of said William the 26 May 1757 for 191 acres.
