9 Mar 1781 - Indenture between John Dunn of Craven Co, NC and Stephen Dunn 
of same county and state, for 4 shillings 150 acres of land in Craven County 
on the south side of Neuse River on Whartons Swamp being a patent originally 
taken up by John Dunn now deceased of the same county and state adjacent to 
Elizabeth Wilson's line.
Witnesses: James Potter and John Norwood Junr
