11 Sep 1781 - Indenture between John Dunn of Craven County, NC to Thomas 
Dunn of the same county and state, for 5 pounds 300 acres of land in Craven 
County on the head of Brices Creek on the westernmost side including the 
Horse Pen Branch and part of Bear Island.
Witnesses: Benjamin Foscue and Stephen Dunn
