24 Feb 1783 - Indenture between David Dunn of Craven County, NC and Moses 
Ernul of same county and state, for 270 pounds 270 acres of land in Craven 
County on the north side of Neuse River on the south east side of Little 
Swift's Creek, adjacent Peter Reel's line, part of a patent granted to John 
Gatlin 20 Apr 1750 and conveyed to David Dunn dec'd on 11 Aug 1756 and by 
the last will and testament of David Dunn containing 270 acres.
Witnesses: William Mackintosh and James Mackintosh
March Craven County Court 1783 
Acknowledged and ordered to be registered
