20 Aug 1791 - Indenture between Stephen Dunn and wife Elizabeth of Craven 
County, NC to John Hobday of the town of Newbern, for 100 pounds for a 
certain House and part of Lott Number 15 in the plan of the town of Newbern 
containing thirty by fifty square feet being the house where Charles 
Johnston formerly lived and by him devised in his last will and testament to 
the said Elizabeth Dunn for the term of her natural life.
Witnesses: Rich'd Hickman and Sarah Dowles
