4 Feb 1793 - Indenture between Thomas Dunn of Craven County, NC to Spyers 
Singleton of same county and state, for 30 pounds for 300 acres land in 
Craven County adjacent to the west side of Brice Creek near the head, Horse 
Pen Branch, part of Bear Island, Creek Swamp as by patent granted to John 
Dunn Junr 18 Nov 1771 and conveyed to Thomas Dunn 11 Sep 1781.
Witnesses: Ann Singleton, William Dunn and Wm Davis
March Craven County Court 1793
